Grant Funding Secured under Primary Measure:  Support for Micro and Small Enterprises and Farm Diversification

The grant funding supported the restoration and repurpose of a semi-derelict barn into a commercial kombucha production facility.

Sarah has been brewing kombucha domestically for some time and has identified that the demand for kombucha in the UK is growing. There are still only a few producers of kombucha in the UK, presenting a gap in the market which this project will fill.
